COST OF THE Patagonia Trekking TRIP
10 Days/ 9 Nights – November 9 to November 18, 2019
The price of the trip is approximately $3,990 per person, but is dependent on such variables as the number of participants on the trip, the cost of the domestic flight which is subject to change, and the participant’s willingness to be in a double occupancy hotel room vs. a single room. (This price is based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. The SINGLE OCCUPANCY supplement is $ 550 (single room not available in Torres del Paine hotel)
The price per person ($3,990 double or $4,540 single) includes the following:
- Accommodations and meals as mentioned in itinerary
- English speaking guides as noted in the itinerary
- All ground transportation and transfers as noted in the itinerary
- Domestic flight (subject to change)
AND
- The guidance, knowledge, and experience of your Giving Journeys host: Audrey Kern, MD
What is NOT included in the price:
- International airfare
- Airline excess luggage charges
- Tips/gratuities to guides, drivers, hotel staff
- Transfers not specified in the itinerary
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
- Alcoholic and other beverages not specifically included
- Telephone, Fax & Internet Charges
- Passport
- Personal and Travel Insurance
- Departure Taxes or reciprocity fees
- Personal expenses such as laundry expenses
- Any item specified as “Own Arrangements”
After the initial placeholder payment of $500 per person (refundable until March 7, 2019) there will be three additional nonrefundable payments to make:
March 7, 2019, additional $500 per person payment is due.
August 9, 2019, additional $1,000 payment per person is due.
October 9, 2019, balance for the trip is due.
